SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs vary depending on print size and destination, please see individual listings for details. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class (UK) or International Standard (worldwide) without tracking unless otherwise specified.

All orders dispatch from Cambridge, England in 1-3 business days from order date.

Estimated delivery times:

UK - 3-5 days from dispatch

EU - 5-7 days from dispatch

Rest of World - 7-10 days from dispatch

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase, after that unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a few days to be visible on your account.

 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@amesea.com

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

PERSONALISED ORDERS

Any personalised items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
